FABRIC:

• Use the best quality fabric available.
• 4-Way Stretch – Cotton Lycra, Bamboo/Viscose jersey, Polyester/Spandex Blends, etc.

NEEDLES:

• Use Ball-Point or Stretch needles in your machines (Sewing machine, over locker / serger or cover seam machine).
• Use a 4mm Stretch double needle or a cover seam for decorative top stitching and hems.
